Thumbtack only let me select 3 of 5 attributes that I liked about Top Tier Painting LLC but I have to select all 5: value, quality, responsiveness, professionalism and punctuality. Martin and his crew embodied all 5. Regarding value: Martin gave me an intermediate estimate (not the highest, not the lowest) but…! His work ethic, professionalism and quality were priceless. When we ran into the usual project questions that every project has, Martin walked me through all options rather than plowing ahead which kept us on the same page regarding expectations and outcome. Quality: here’s a great example; he was working on a house we just purchased and didn’t have the paint original paint colors. We knew it was a Sherwin Williams color but that was it. He was able to get an exact color for the touch ups we needed. Second example; because we didn’t have the original paint colors, the cabinets he painted (with my concurrence) were not the right white. We agreed on the right color and he redid them without any other comment except “at the end of the day I want you to be happy.” Responsiveness: he replied to my Thumbtack inquiry before anyone else. He responded to my text messages and phone calls in a time sensitive manner. He was ALWAYS professional and respectful hands down. He and his crew were always punctual (if not a few minutes early but never late) which helped me because I was running on a very tight schedule. Martin and his crew painted my kitchen cabinets, all interior doors, door jambs, baseboards and molding on top of touch up the walls in some of the rooms (corner to corner). I am so pleased to know in this day and age that there are businesses and young men (compared to my middle aged self) that really care about other people, and have the highest integrity regarding their profession and interactions with clients. Top Tier Painting LLC with Martin Leal directing in addition to performing and quality checking all work before accepting payment, made my house a home. Such excellence!

Martin and his team were excellent. They repaired walls and painted; it is beautiful, the walls are perfect. They even stained window sills which are gorgeous. They worked very hard, and got the job donein just a couple days. Also had brick floor sealed. Very happy with my new space!!! Yay!

We cannot recommend Top Tier Painting highly enough! These pictures do not do their work justice. Martin and his team painted our entire interior (~2000 sq. ft.). They finished the full project in ~a week. Martin was extremely responsive to messages and questions. They left our home in great condition when the project was done, too! If you’re looking for open and honest communication, a fair price, and QUALITY work, Top Tier Painting is the company for you. We’re excited to have Martin return this summer to repaint our exterior.
