As someone who hasn't contracted remodeling work out previously, Sam was extremely understanding and communicated all of the options clearly and concisely. I was immediately impressed with his ability to foresee things I hadn't even considered about the project and even making suggestions other contractors shied away from due to it being additional work despite being a more satisfying solution. As typical remodeling hurdles arose, I felt completely supported by Sam and the options we worked through together to get a result I'm absolutely thrilled with. The work speaks for itself, too. The professionalism and quality of the work is frankly much nicer than any other section in my home. On top of that I paid quite a bit less than I anticipated and it was done shockingly quickly.
