UPDATE - The company reached out and apologized and assured that our check would not be cashed. I am upgrading their review stars to average for this reason. Things happen and I can accept that. As stated - everyone I spoke to was kind and respectful. On the phone, I was told $79 for the estimate to repair my furnace. I was sent me a person that knew nothing about furnace repair, had to keep calling to ask what to do. In the end, charged me $89 wanted to come back and start replacing parts to see what would fix it. I paid a real pro to come back the next day all 3 of the parts on this companies estimate to repair tested FINE. I was told $169 to change the limit switches and vacuum valve yet on estimate wanted $169 x 2! Plus $200 for $75 in parts. They wanted $500 to tell me, lets try MORE parts! I could randomly change parts myself. I paid $90 for NOTHING - hope this saves someone else from doing the same! They initially said they thought it was a control board OR gas valve - then changed to lets start with the easier parts. THIS IS NOT WHAT A PRO DOES. I did NOT pay anything more to these crooks. They may be great for general handyman fixes, but they should not charge $79 OR $89 to send a person that doesn't know how to do the job requested! Everyone was very friendly and nice. They will take your money with a smile!
