Hi, We are Floors And More Enterprises, also known as "FAME". We serve the greater Albuquerque/Rio Rancho area, including Belen/Los Lunas and the Sandia Park area. We have detailed carpet cleaning services utilizing the very low moisture process which ensures faster drying times, and restoration to carpets. (Two room minimum, $55 per room, up to 20x20 square feet including closets) Our other services include: •Move In/Move Out Cleaning (Empty Properties) •Tile and Grout Cleaning •Commercial Janitorial Services •Post Construction General Cleaning We are thorough, professional, punctual, reliable, detailed, insured, and trustworthy, with many years of experience.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We are affordable, and we are honest about our work. Our base carpet cleaning service prices are $42.00 per typical bedroom. Unfortunately, WE DO NOT MOVE LARGE FURNITURE. We do not upsell products and are truthful about actual results. We also perform move in/move out cleaning house cleaning services starting at $65 per hour. This includes sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, bathroom/kitchen cleaning and garage blow outs, which cost may very depending on additional request and condition of home. Though we have these type of cleaning services, at this time, we do not offer house cleaning services, but intend to in the near future.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Every local walkthrough estimate with most potential Albuquerque and Rio Rancho clients is free, and every over the phone estimate is free
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have over 25 years of training in the custodial and carpet cleaning services
