My problem isn't Casa Cocktails - it's Thumbtack. In order to access Casa Cocktails, I have to load Thumbtack's app - A MAJOR NO-GO; NOT ACCEPTIBLE. I'm not going to load an unknown app onto my computer and open it up to possible viruses, trojan horses, or equivalent!!!

We're very sorry you felt the need to give us a 1-star review. Especially because it is absolutely unwarranted and a false statement.
The ONLY record we have of ever contacting you is our direct response to your inquiry about our services February 15th here on the Thumbtack website, meaning that you reached out to us first. We simply reached back out to you shortly after (on Thumbtack) offering you a form to complete for a quote.
You never completed the form, and I just deeply researched every past email sent, quotes we've drafted, AND email campaign records since first contacting us on February 15th, and there is not a Colleen A. anywhere, nor have we added anyone named Colleen to our email campaign list since you reached out in early February. In other words, we have NEVER contacted you by email, period.
This review is nothing more than a sad effort to soil our good name. We will request that it is removed, and we hope you think twice before trying to smear the quality reputation of another small business with false claims.

I hired Casa Cocktails for a celebratory business event. I couldn’t recommend them more. It was easy to communicate and book, they provide very efficient service, the staff has great energy, and the beautiful cocktails they produce are delightful!
