- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
What offer packages and hourly rates. Starting rate for event help is $40 an hour + gratuity. Packages vary according to your selection.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
A free phone consultation must be scheduled so that we can gather all of the relevant information about your event to offer you the services best fit for your needs. A follow up meeting is then scheduled to review the proposal. If accepted, an invoice, contract and payment will be set up.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
With many years of experience in event planning starting with our first company, "Here's to You! we initially planned and executed princess parties and other character parties for children. We also have many years in the restaurant industry, time spent in catering and 3 + years in the wedding industry. We offer loads of common sense with communication as our main priority.
