- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
For events - Pricing is based on overall budget, as overall budget of the responsibilities we’ll be handling plays a large factor of the time and effort that needs to be put in. All pricing is unique to the event and discussed on the initial consultation. For inflatables - we currently charge $365 for all inflatables and they are top quality BRAND NEW! This includes setup with tarp and extension cord, sanitization on location, full day rental and breakdown.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
For inflatables, we will link you to our website and book through there. For party planning, we will setup an initial consultation to discuss the event and your needs to see if we are a good fit for eachother!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My wife was a former Global Director of a large corporation. She had to plan events and product launches all over the country. When our kids needed more time with us at home, she decided to take a chance on herself.
