- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing historically is lower than our competitors because we keep our overhead costs down so we can pass the savings onto our customers.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We usually have a senior technician show up at new customers because new customers usually are not sure what their needs are and usually want a more experienced technician to address their immediate needs.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All our technicians have completed HVAC & Repair schooling and also continue with their education to keep up with the new equipment and diagnostics associated with HVAC Equipment.
