I had called legend air for a furnace that was cycling continuously. Ron came and diagnosed that it was flame sensor issue and cleaned it. The diagnosis was correct and the furnace started working. The furnace was also having problem with induction motor and Ron advised to change before it becomes costly. The thing I liked the most was there was no upselling or pressure and the price quoted was very reasonable. Once the part was obtained, another great tech Keith came and installed it. In addition to this, I also did the maintenance of the furnaces. Legend air did a great job and the furnaces are working great for more than a month and half now. I highly recommend legend air and will continue to call them for any HVAC issue or maintenance.

Our pricing historically is lower than our competitors because we keep our overhead costs down so we can pass the savings onto our customers.

We usually have a senior technician show up at new customers because new customers usually are not sure what their needs are and usually want a more experienced technician to address their immediate needs.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All our technicians have completed HVAC & Repair schooling and also continue with their education to keep up with the new equipment and diagnostics associated with HVAC Equipment.
