- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
✨️New clients are entitled to a complimentary phone consultation. ▪︎ Following the collection of all necessary information, an invoice/contract will be dispatched via email for the payment of the retainer fee. The remaining balance is to be settled on the day of service. In the event of a no-show for the complimentary consultation, a fee of $20 will be charged for rescheduling. ▪︎ Makeup services for various occasions commence at $100 per face, excluding bridal services. ▪︎ Bridal makeup services begin at $200, with a minimum service requirement of 2 services. Ex: Makeup & Hair 1 person or 2 clients makeup only, or 1 client makeup the other person hair. Bridal party/guest makeup starts at $125. ▪︎ Bridal hair services start at $100. Please note that I exclusively offer Bridal Makeup and Bridal Preview; bridal trials are not available. I do not provide hair extensions. Additionally, a travel fee for on-site services begins at $45 and varies based on the location. A non-refundable retainer fee is mandatory for all services.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Process Outline ▪︎ Inquiry & Consultation: The client contacts me 2026306878 to discuss makeup and/or hair services. We schedule a virtual/phone consultation to discuss their needs and preferences. ▪︎ Service Agreement: After the consultation, I'll send an invoice/contract outlining the agreed services and pricing. Client sign document and pays a retainer fee to secure their booking. ▪︎ Preparation & Trial: If desired (bridal only), we schedule a preview session to finalize the look before the event. For all makeup services, a skin prep guide is issued. ▪︎ Event Day: On the event day, I will arrive early to set up. Providing makeup and/or hair services at the agreed location. A properly lit area should be designated for set-up. I will also bring a makeup chair & additional lighting. ▪︎ Completion & Follow-Up: Final payments are settled on the event day before departure. I will follow up post-event for feedback and any additional needs the client may have.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Throughout my career, I've pursued rigorous training to excel in my roles as a licensed esthetician, makeup artist, and hair stylist. I obtained certification as an international makeup artist and diligently worked towards securing my esthetician license. My commitment to professional growth is evident in my dedication to staying updated with the latest beauty standards and techniques through continuous education and training initiatives. I also work for Estee Lauder at their Mac Cosmetics Store, and we receive various training throughout the year.
