- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Yes our bounce houses start at $250 but we do run specials
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
A new Customer calls . We answer any questions they may have regarding the service they need. We ask questions to better serve the party or event idea. They provide the time and date of the event. Once the deposit is placed we send an email confirmation. The day of the event we call to let the customer know we are on our way. Set up includes sanitation
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I hold a BBA in Marketing and Entrepreneurship from Temple University (Go Owls)
