- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
my rates are charged by the hour. When a staff member has to travel a long distance (over 40 miles or more than 1 hour) it's required to be a 5hr minimum event.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will discuss your event and determine how much help you will need to make a successful event.. Every event is different and there are many reasons that will determine how much and what type of service you will need
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
