- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Sample pricing can be found on our website, but prices will vary with size and flower choices.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once we are connected with a customer, we like to meet in person to begin to get to know each other better. We typically ask that the customer bring some images of ideas they have for their event. We will then offer some ideas of our own. We will then follow this meeting with a written proposal including sample pictures, types of flowers and costs. If a customer would like to book us, there is a 30% deposit required for booking.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are an educated and creative team. Together we have a background in art and business with first hand experience in a floral studio and in event floral design.
