I agreed to landscaping services for my recently purchased home with Home Management on April 7, and two weeks went by with no sign of them, so I reached out to them and was told "it's the weather, everyone is behind". They finally arrived on April 26 to do the spring clean up, and bagged all of the refuse and left it, which is not allowed in Ramsey (it's up to the homeowner to get rid of it). Then, another 2 1/2 weeks went by and still nothing, so I reached out again and got "Everybody is behind due to the bad weather----we will be there next week", again. Well it was quite interesting that every other house on the block was was done weekly, in spite of the "bad weather". Finally, Someone showed up on May 19th to mow, and left it so deep that if it hadn't been calf deep before, I would have questioned if it had been mowed at all.
Well, it's now June 5, and they haven't been back in over two weeks, and will not be coming back under ANY circumstances and I would recommend that anyone considering using them to keep this in mind... I'm just sorry I can't give ZERO stars!

Stay far away from this company. Whom ever is managing this landscaping business lacks customer skills as well as effective business management skills.

Unprofessional and minor league. Scheduled to come 2 Thursdays from when we spoke. Guy came and said his mower could not get through the backyard gate and left. Not even the front yard mowed. Haven't heard from them since, not even a we can't accommodate call or email. Waste of time.
