- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our service work includes both estimates and fixed rate pricing. Recurring service has fixed rates, while opening/closing contracts and new equipment installations need to be estimated by a technician. Troubleshooting/Repair has a fixed rate (dispatch+per 1/2hr) Always feel free to contact us if you have questions.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Some work can be scheduled instantly online through our website or customers can always give us a call and speak with someone in the office.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We remain active in our industry by having direct relationships with our manufacturers and distributors to ensure the best possible service for you. Continuing education provided by either our own team or our industry reps is an annual requirement for our technicians.
