Hello Loves! I am able to accommodate in person sessions in Westfield, NJ. for in person sessions. I will travel to a client after a consultation. I also offer virtual sessions via video chat or phone. I am a Usui/Holy Fire Reiki Master, Meditation Guide, Beginner Yoga Instructor, and Art Therapy Student. I am originally from California, but now live in New Jersey. I love supporting my client's on their wellness journeys and would be more than happy to answer any questions that you may have about reiki. Consultation necessary before booking an in person session. Reiki can support emotional, spiritual and physical healing. I really enjoyed the session! I wasn't sure what to expect but my reiki therapist gave off a calming energy which put me at ease and said she usually likes to play meditative music which I also enjoyed. I felt deeply relaxed pretty quickly and less pain which was why I booked the reiki session in the hopes that it would help. I do plan on booking another session. :)
