- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
KMonetEvents has a variety of standard packages available to choose from. We also offer custom packages to ensure all your needs are met.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
KMonetEvents prides itself on providing excellent customer service. Typically we set up a call to discuss your vision and expectations where we discuss themes, pricing, logistics etc. After we have a clear vision we provide a quote and confirm set up time. We encourage and maintain open communication as we plan your event.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a financial analyst by day and event planner by night. I have an MBA in Finance and and a BBA in Accounting. I taken a number of courses in event decor and planning.
