They started well however many red flags followed. I started chatting with them in March and the conversation went on until Mid May, I agree there was a lot of rain but on days when it dint, my work never got prioritized. I could tell from Other reviews getting posted on Thumbtack. They said they could do weekends only and dint turn up on days when weekends were good weather, my lawn was stuck in that state. I had to move to another landscaper who finished the whole project within half a day. My lesson: commitment to promised date is always a green flag and never keep patience/trust someone who will continue to push the dates

Hi Bryan The convo went well it’s of the time flew by during our negotiations back and forth as time moved on. You eI dropped my price for youLower and agin did extra for you for no charge. As explained I you before we were not available to work during the week on our project due availability, and nature of the work. When it rained durring the week , your dirt turned to mud which isn’t favorable to back fill ,and grade . You can’t grade mud. This mud staying wet for days since to have a lot of clay in your dirt . This mud stays wet even if it rained in the beginning of the week.I showed you the results of the rain on your dirt It was still cool then so it takes longer to dry out. We can’t grade mud. Unless you’re willing to remove this dirt,,& backfill with fresh dry dirt which you were not willing to do since you did not want to spend the money to do so. Unfortunately I could not do anything until it dried out. Good luck on your future endeavors Thanks !

Julien was efficient in pruning our shrubs. One of the most responsive people I have worked with on Thumbtack, he made it in person to check out the exact work needed before giving a quote free of charge. Julien and Jayden team came exactly when they said they would and finished the trimming and pruning and spring cleaning of the lawn. Price was absolutely fair for the work performed. In summary, they are a winning professional team if you want any work done.
