Introduction
With a degree from Marmara University’s Sports Sciences Department, one of Turkey’s top universities, I began my career in the fitness industry before specializing in Pilates. I hold internationally recognized Level 1, 2, and 3 Reformer & Mat Pilates certifications from Balanced Body, as well as instructor certifications from The Pilates Coach and the Turkish Gymnastics Federation.
In addition to my expertise in Pilates, I have certifications in spinal and joint disorders and emergency first aid, allowing me to work safely with a variety of clients, including those with specific physical needs. Since 2010, I have been passionately dedicated to my profession, continuously focusing on growth, professionalism, and excellence in my practice.
