- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our prices are highly situational and very depending on service, day of the week, and time of year. June and October are our busiest months and tend to have the highest rates, January through March are our slowest months and will have the lowest rates. Weekday job will also receive lower rates rather than weekend jobs. Please contact us with the service you are looking for and the date you are looking for, for a personalized quote.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First Ellen works with you on the details. Next step is to book your event, information and a deposit is required. Then Ellen will be in touch with you before your event confirming the details. Lastly expect to see your artist, Ellen at your event right on time to make your event extra special!
