Will was phenomenal. He really helped out mount the TV and also gave all the proper instructions to make sure it was a seamless process. I really appreciate that. He brought extra materials to make sure that it was done properly would recommend him.

Will arrived on time and did a great job installing our new locks. He was quick, efficient and I’m really pleased with how well everything turned out. He even helped us with some light fixture problems we had even though that was not part of the job we initially discussed. My service fee is $150 for the 1st hour and $75 for each additional hour. We offer discounts for new and longtime customers.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I listen to the customer to understand what they want done. Once I do, I ask the questions I feel are necessary. Then we can move on to talking about parts and availability.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been a locksmith since 2005. In that time I have experienced many different situations and have learned quite a lot.
