Will was extremely prompt, thorough, professional, and courteous-- an often very hard combination to find. I'm thankful for his diligence in quickly coming out to seal my garage door (stopping rodents from making my garage a vacation home) and going the extra mile to change the lock and even hang up a couple of photos for me. My service fee is $150 for the 1st hour and $75 for each additional hour. We offer discounts for new and longtime customers.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I listen to the customer to understand what they want done. Once I do, I ask the questions I feel are necessary. Then we can move on to talking about parts and availability.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been a locksmith since 2005. In that time I have experienced many different situations and have learned quite a lot.
