- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We are a "Flat Rate " company. We come out, identify the problem and give you the price. That's the price. If it takes us longer than expected to do the job, that will not come back on you.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We treat all of our customers like a long time friend. I like to get to know them and figure out what it is they need. Each customer is unique and has there own set of circumstances therefore dictating what there priorities are.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of our technicians have been in the industry 5+ years, most exceeding this by far. We provide ongoing training on a regular basis through industry oriented classes, usually provided by the manufacturer of the brands we work with.
