Mariela was an absolutely fantastic officiant. She walked us through the process, heard our love story, wrote a fantastic script, reminded us when it was time to apply for a marriage certificate, reviewed the ceremony script, and allowed us to make edits before hand in whichever way we saw fit. Throughout the wedding reception we received endless compliments of what a wonderful officiant she was, and our guests were shocked to learn we did not know her personally, because she was so personal and detail oriented in our ceremony. I can't recommend her enough.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to really get to know each couple I'm working with, so that I can write a bespoke wedding ceremony personalized to each couple.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a trained actor of 28 years, as well as an early childhood educator. I use the skills I've learned from acting and teaching to perform the perfect ceremony for my couples!
