FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The more you get done in one visit the better the price will be. Having someone return to do a bunch of small jobs is going to cost top dollar.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
A few questions to start. I always mention that weather or not I get the job- in the future make sure other contractors ask you question, not just about the job. When you step foot on someone’s property it’s important to remember that a contractor has a direct impact on that clients home. Saying “I’m not comfortable doing this job for you” is ok
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
20 plus years working with outdoor equipment and machinery. Learned how to use chemicals from and soft wash on my own but the ground work is the most important.
