- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We have standard pricing for various event types and packages that we provide. We have a complete breakdown that we email to clients who are interested in additional add on packages.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We obtain their request, outlining the services they are seeking. After that, I provide a person breakdown of all the products and services we offer which may be appropriate for the given event. Once an agreement is reached, I submit a customer service agreement and guide to planning their music for the event. Upon receiving this completed agreement and deposit, the client can contact me at any time to discuss the event or any additional planning. We also work to help them plan the event as needed to make sure all the bases are covered.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Beyond being a private DJ since the age of 12, I am an award winning disc jockey with 3 years of experience running and formatting a prime time radio show from 2003 to 2006. I received awards for having the best on air personality, best music selection and best formatted show.
