- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We do have 4 hour minimums and small travel fees may apply (generally if outside 1 hour+ of our home base)
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Depending on the job details, we may ask for a video of the space so we can better understand your needs! We can also have more than one organizer on-site, if you have a big job or are moving-this is strongly suggested! After we start the organizing process, we can also return to help with products and make your space look aesthetically pleasing!
