I’m so happy I found New Day Improvement. After the last job I had done with my basement being remodeled a few years ago, it was a disaster, the contractor never showed up on time and it took forever to get answers. When my wife and I were finally ready to do a full remodel on the home, we were trepidatious to get started. When we came across New Day, we were pleasantly surprised. Oscar, who we met with initially, was always on time for our initial consultations and I felt a straight shooter when it came to the project (1st and 2nd floor). There were no surprises and the project was completed on time and the crews were always punctual. The house looks absolutely beautiful and we couldn’t be happier !
