Chris finished our deck after our first Gc was unable to meet a deadline. Our Gc rec’d Chris and he did an amazing job. Our GC just lost work once we had Chris’s number. Chris was meticulous with perfect angles and even put up with me checking on him but quickly realized I was in good hands. After he finished the deck I asked him to switch the top rail, add lights and make the steps less steep. We asked him to swap out the steps, instead of having the minimum length code. After the deck was done, I needed a new roof vent installed and fix rafter ends because my gutter was hanging off the side of the house.
