I don't charge any extra fees for credit/debit card payments.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically it helps me as the pro to know details about your issue, make and model of units, before coming out so I will ask questions about that during the messaging process.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I'm a certified technician with a Universal EPA. Graduated from Apex Technical School in NYC.
