Jack is the absolute best! Story time: I abruptly left town to care for a sick family member. My 55 gallon tank needed to be cleaned severely, so much so that gnats were beginning to accumulate around the tank. Jack came through like a fish savior! He responded immediately to my quote request and was ready to tackle my tank the same day! Although I needed to schedule for the following weekend. He accommodated my availability and locked in an appointment the same day I requested a quote for the service! On the day of the appointment he was right on time. He efficiently cleaned my tank and reorganized the layout for more comfort and navigation for my little guys. I have two parrot fish, one algae cleaner and 4 tetras. Not only did Jack educate my girlfriend and I on the science behind freshwater tanks, he also explained what was physiologically happening to my fish and why! He recommended tools and medicine that would aid in a better quality of life for my little ones and optimal operation of my tank. With Jack the quality of his work and the expertise in his knowledge is just the icing on the cake. He is kind, thoughtful, and has a sense of humor!
