- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We currently charge a flat hourly rate of $ 75 per hour with a 4 hour minimum for basic handyman services. Renovation or Addition we will do a contract based on the specific project. let’s discuss your project.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Customers typically contact us by call or text, email or on facebook @pyleconstructionllc. We arrange a complimentary consultation after which we provide you with a free estimate for your project. Beyond Property management /handyman services, we are a full service construction and remodeling company serving greater New Jersey and are able to work with you on most of your home repair needs. Payment is typically due on completion of your job (larger projects may require an upfront payment). In addition to cash, checks and money orders, we also offer contactless payment options including: Zelle. Most major credit cards are accepted. We look forward to working with you. Pyle Construction LLC is fully licensed and insured. We have more 20 years of experience in the Construction industry with particular emphasis on home remodeling.
