At Lint Llama, we believe in transparent and fair pricing. Our rates are based on the complexity of the job, with upfront estimates provided before any work begins. We offer discounts for repeat customers and referrals, as well as seasonal promotions. First-time customers can enjoy a 10% discount on their initial dryer vent cleaning service.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with a new customer, we start with a consultation to understand their needs and inspect their dryer vent system. Once we identify any issues, we provide a clear explanation of the problem and our solution, along with a detailed estimate. After completing the cleaning or repair, we walk you through the results and provide maintenance tips to keep your system safe and efficient.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’m a Certified Dryer Exhaust Technician (C-DET), a designation recognized as the gold standard in dryer vent cleaning and maintenance. This certification ensures I follow industry best practices for safety, efficiency, and thoroughness. I stay up-to-date with the latest techniques and standards to provide the best service possible.
