FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is competitive and reflects the value I bring to your business. As I'm starting, I'm offering introductory rates while I build my portfolio. I typically charge $25-$40 per hour for general virtual assistant tasks. For specialized projects, like website development or marketing campaigns, we can discuss a project-based fee or retainer. I'm happy to provide a personalized quote after discussing your specific needs and project scope. Transparency is important to me, so we'll always be on the same page regarding costs.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My process starts with a free consultation where we discuss your needs, goals, and how I can help. If we're a good fit, we'll outline the project scope, timeline, and budget. I believe in clear communication and regular updates, so you'll always know the status of your project. I'm flexible and adaptable, and I'm always open to feedback to ensure I'm meeting your expectations.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have an Associate's Degree in Business Administration and Management. I currently work full-time as a project manager for a marketing agency supporting Johnson & Johnson's Talent Acquisition team.
