- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is very flexible to fit all of our customers' needs. Delivery fees vary for each event to account for travel expenses.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, we'll reach out you with some menu ideas based on your request and schedule a short phone consultation. That's when we'll go over your personal needs and dish options. Then, we send you an initial menu proposal with any adjustments that were needed, based on our phone conversation. Finally, you would accept the proposal/quote and pay a deposit to ensure the availability of our services for the date and time of your event.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Bachelor degree, certificates in customer service, food preparation and presentation, food handling for managers, site management and food safety.
