FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
One of our core values is to lead with integrity. We want to be fair to the customer and to the business. We try to work with the customer on pricing when possible. If our final estimate is higher than our competitors, give us a call and ask us why? We are always happy to discuss the materials and scope of work we quoted for. In some cases, we may not be the most affordable of your options, but our commitment to high quality material and workmanship, as well as our accountability for all the services we provide, make the difference when considering your options. For our veterans and senior citizens, ask about of discounts! A sales representative would be happy to discuss our discounts in greater detail.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
We always advise our customers to do their research. Seek multiple quotes and compare to find the contractor that works best for them. We do not engage in high-pressure sales. We would also advise them to go with a contractor that is honest and willing to provide knowledge about their options. We encourage our customers to ask questions at any moment of the process from the estimate to the completion of the job. We also often provide multiple estimates. Although we offer various solutions, we will not push for the sale of a product the customer does not need.
