Valerie is a very experienced professional makeup artist AND a very lovely lady🌷 Valerie gave a me beautiful “soft glam” look during our wedding makeup trial. My makeup looked natural but I was definitively a 5-star version of myself! It’s as if Valerie had “photoshopped” my face … like photographers do. My outdoor wedding was on a sunny, but humid, Saturday in June. Yet, except for my lipstick, I never had to touchup my makeup at all! I will definitely be contacting Valerie to give me that “soft glam” look for future events, including extra-special date nights with my husband💖

I’ve been looking for a makeup artist for special events since my previous girl moved. It’s very hard for me to find someone I trust, who knows how to work with Asian features. I figured I would give her a try and my expectations were blown away! She is so sweet and reliable but most importantly, her work is legit!! I attended a wedding where I had to walk my daughter down the aisle as flower girl and we all know, life with a toddler is busy! Valerie was so quick but she didn’t skip a beat. I felt even more gorgeous than my wedding day. The makeup lasted all day without any touch up and I usually have to touch something up (eyes, lips) but not with Val! The bride even came up to me raving about how amazing my makeup looked. TBH, it looked better than the bride’s lol SO if you’re going for that effect, Val is your girl!!!!! Can’t wait for more sessions with her 💜

I am a licensed esthetician and have worked for many beauty brands over the last 12 years. I am also a certified MAC artist.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
Ever since I could walk I’ve been grabbing makeup out of people’s purses. I fell in love with making people look and feel confident and beautiful!
