- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Makeup Prices Please read everything carefully A NON-refundable deposit of $20 is required for scheduling an appointment. It will ONLY secure your spot, it DOES NOT go towards the remaining balance of your service. All deposits are non-refundable/ non-transferable. You can Book as many appointments as you want, as long as they are all booked individually and a deposit is put down each time! Your deposit covers your 15 minute grace period. After 15 minutes you’re appointment is CANCELED!! You will receive a confirmation email or text 24 hours before your scheduled appointment. If/when you need to cancel or reschedule, you have 24 hours within your original appointment time to do so (deposit is still nonrefundable), or you will be considered as a no call no show. After you get serviced, you have to pay the remaining balance in cash or card. Card payments will be made to my business account only (No cashapp, No Zelle etc) “You’re appointment is NOT confirmed without deposit “ Can be made with cashapp, zelle or over the phone card processing. If none of these options work for you then I can not service you. Glam package 1: $65 Natural look which is no eyeshadow Just brows,foundation and lips 30-45min Glam package 2: $75 Natural Glam which is earth tone colored eyeshadows and or shimmers 45min-1hr Glam package 3: $90 Bold look which is colorful bright colored eyeshadow 1hr-1hr/half Glam package 4: $100 Smoky look which is dramatic mostly dark colors or light to dark 1hr-1hr/half Glam package 5: $120 Glitter look which is loose glitter applied to you’re eyeshadow 1hr/half -2hr Makeup application can take anywhere from 30 minuets to two hours depending on the look you choose be mindful of how you book you’re appointment Lashes Add On Bring you’re own “free to apply” Mink Lashes $10 Travel $15 and up , depends on distance If you are 15 minutes late you’re appointment is considered CANCELED
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Most of the time new clients will have sample photos of the look that they want but if that’s not the case and a client doesn’t know what they want and never really wore makeup I always suggest a natural look first but if they want more glam I try to create a look inspired by the clothing they are wearing to their event and keeping in mind what colors complements the skin tone
