We are a moving company. We move people long distance and short distance. When it comes to pricing, sometimes we let the customers set the price as long as the price is fair🙂 We try our best not to charge customers outrageous prices! We know moving can be expensive, but we're here to ease the load and stress. We have a great team who care about all your household goods. We understand that moving can be so costly. My job is to work as closely as possible to everyone's budget. That is what makes us different. If i do a great job for you, you'll tell more people about us. Plus, you will rehire us again in the future if you ever decide to move again. Once again, we all know moving can be expensive. It seems like a lot of companies are trying to get rich! Not us! We just want to be treated fairly.🙂

We had scheduled a date, time, price, and amount of people needed for a project well in advance. This was confirmed both in a phone call and in the app (see image for proof). I contacted the company the day before to make sure everything was set and good to go.. through that call the owner did noting but accuse me of not following through and even had the audacity to claim I was desperate because it was the day before services were needed. He literally started the conversation off with accusations. Even after I tried to steer the conversation towards a discussion based on solutions he continued to accuse me of not following trough when he was the one who didn't review the task, review notes, keep notes, or remember we even had any conclusive conversations. I wanted to work with them, but after all the gross accusations it left a very bad taste in mouth.

Hello Good morning sir. You and I set up two different dates and both dates you cancel on us for personal reasons. I understood. But all of a sudden you wanted us to move you on a 7 hour notice, I told you we were booked. I will not skip over my obligation to my customer im booked with already just to move you. That's bad business. As you can see I get good reviews. Plus you were upset because I told you we can not lift your 400 pound Refrigerator over a 5 foot Gate. We are movers not miracle workers. Once again I love all my customers we try our hardest to please everyone. May you have a blessed day

Round one called and wanted to come out and help but they are several hours away and I just have one couch to move so it didn't make financial sense. They were very understanding. I appreciate the call and very friendly.

Wonderful help. The job was to move a large, fragile, and heavy armoire and it was no easy task. Round One was professional and very polite, and took on the task within a day's notice. The trio who helped me had great communication skills and teamwork, and they were able to move the armoire up a flight of stairs and into a bedroom undamaged, even helping to correct a part of the old armoire that had become loosened. I couldn't have asked for better help.
