This team is the best. I contacted them Friday morning 6/7/24 and they came to my house that night to see the property and give me the estimate. Saturday morning 6/8/24 they came and cleaned the house. My wife and I are extremely impressed by how good of a job they did. The house is so clean we do not want to touch anything! We will definitely be using this team every month.

Ghi-Ghi and her crew are great and exceeded our expectations. From the get-go she was highly responsive and scheduled a first meeting quickly. After seeing our house and getting a sense of the scope of work, we agreed upon an initial cleaning session two days later to see her crew's results and ask us any questions about how we want certain rooms cleaned. If you are looking for a team of people who are honest and trustworthy and truly want to earn your approval, this is a family affair that puts in the sweat equity. My project/home was only 2 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms but required an enormous amount of effort to organize and clean. It actually was too much to do in one day but the team took it on with confidence. One major task was my garage. During a heatwave, they took everything out of it, cleaned and reorganized it. As a customer you want to trust the people you do business with and you can trust this family. Here's my advice to them to continue building this business: Create an estimate in English and Spanish that puts in writing exactly what rooms will be cleaned and organized on the day of service. Detail exactly the rooms included. Include exactly the services like the interior of the refrigerator and freezer will be cleaned in my case. Also include a checklist that says they will not wash clothes but they will fold them or they will not. Don't take any chances on guessing what the customer expects and this leads to pleased customers who know what they are paying for and will be pleased. Pleased customers often equal repeat customers. Repeat customers often equal referrals. My best advice is start with a written detailed estimate in English and Spanish. I would be happy to help this business develop this tool. I love to see good people do well and these are good people! They do a great job and work hard at pleasing their customers.
