- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our hourly rate for services is $50 and typically normal repair jobs do not exceed an hour of work, as we are efficient in the work we provide. If travel is necessary for a repair, if it is over 25 miles from Hamilton, NJ (08690) then we charge $25 extra for travel expenses.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our typical process for working with a new customer is to first get the most information possible about their computer's repair needs, or services they require, so that we can provide the best possible and efficient support.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Michael Immordino (SP) of ImmortaTech Solutions currently has an Associate Degree in Information Systems, and is currently studying for a Bachelor Degree in Information Systems.
