I appreciated everything about Air Washington Mechanical. When your elderly mother lives alone 100 miles from you, you pray you find capable professionals with integrity. Tim was wonderful to work with. He was punctual and maintained communication open and frequent. My mom has a cool and safe apartment in less than 24 hours from me contacting them. Thank you!!

Tim is a true professional in the sense that he takes the time to answer all your questions you have as a new homeowner and is extremely knowledgeable in what he does. He provided a fair quote, explained the entire service prior to arriving, and gave me details into the process. Needed Air conditioner repair, Contacted Air Washington Mechanical Service and Tim was very friendly and showed very quickly and found that compressor seized. System was very old and we knew That’s the end of the life. Tim gave us a 16 Seer equipment very fair price. After 2 days we had our new air-conditioner up and running. Miguel and his team did a great job. Very happy with all the work and warranty. Absolutely happy with their services. There is a reason behind that all their customers highly recommended.

Hired tim from thumbtacks for a compressor that wont turn on. He responded very fast and arrived 10 minutes after, What i really loved the most is that he explained everything to me what was going on from start and finish.. I would say he is really knowledgeable in this field. I am 110% satisfied with the job done and how professional he is. I would give 10 stars that i can give if i can. 5 seems not enough lol. I will definitely hire him again for repairs and maintenance of my HVAC and would definitely recommend him to my friends and family.
