- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is transparent and based on the scope of the project. We provide detailed estimates with no hidden fees. While we don't typically offer discounts, we do strive to deliver great value for the quality of work we provide. If additional work is required or unforeseen costs arise, we communicate these with the customer beforehand to ensure full understanding and approval.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We begin with a consultation to understand the customer’s needs, budget, and timeline. After that, we provide a detailed project proposal and discuss the project in-depth. Once we agree on the terms, we move into the planning and scheduling phases, followed by the actual work. Throughout the process, we keep the customer updated on progress and any adjustments.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our team is highly trained, licensed and experienced, with certifications in project management, construction safety, and specialized trade skills. We continually pursue further education and training to stay up-to-date with industry best practices, building codes, and sustainable construction techniques.
