- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing starts at $220+parts. Period. We don’t like surprises anymore than you do, so we put all of our pricing right out front. This includes labor and diagnostics. There is a deposit of $100 (part of the $220) that is required up front to secure your appointment. The remainder is due upon completion of service.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Because we work on so many different units and brands, it's hard to stock all the parts we would possibly need. This will usually cause most jobs to be 2 visits. The first visit is for diagnostics and part ordering. The second visit is installing the part. All prices are discussed up front before moving forward. Our base rate of $220 +parts includes the diagnostic trip and labor.
