FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Here are my current rates: In-Person (Bergen County, NJ): * 1 session: $222 * 5 sessions: $199 each * 10 sessions: $177 each Virtual (Recommended): * 1 session: $199 * 5 sessions: $177 each * 10 sessions: $155 each There is an additional charge per session if I am traveling and is farther, typically around 30+ minutes. I know a lot of people are hesitant about doing sessions online, as I was one of those people, but I do recommend giving it a go. Remember not all teachers are the same. Some base their decision with anything on just one experience "positive" or "not so positive." Even if you prefer in person classes, virtual is a great avenue when and if you are traveling or your instructor is traveling to stay consistent with your practice or workout!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Having dialogue with the client is very important; making sure that I know what is going on with them physically and mentally. This continues with following sessions. I do make it known that I expect people to be transparent so I can navigate the session appropriately and in the best way (which can always change). Remembering that pushing through pain is not always best. Also, I make it clear that if there is anything that does not work for the client at the given time for it to be expressed so we can alter the approach. This applies for virtual and in person sessions.
