- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Clients should know that while we do offer competitive pricing, we're flexible and can tailor the makeup of the band, etc. based on your needs and budget.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After a client has emailed or messaged me with the basics, I like to have a quick Meet & Greet call to better understand the vision for the event. On this initial call, we'll discuss the type of music and band formation desired, duration of the performance, pricing and more. If there's a mutual fit and we'd like to move forward, we'll issue a contract and take a 50% deposit to hold the date. Follow-up calls, questions, etc. are welcome once the date is confirmed. The remaining balance will be due following my performance on the day of the event.
