FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Quotes are usually a best guess, and can be subject to change. I try my hardest to quote accurately, but without excellent communication and details, it's difficult to know what you will encounter at the job site, such as un-anticipated parts needed for atypical jobs. That being said, $100 per hour is typically a good guage. $100 Minimum, and any additional time is billed in 15 mininute increments. (no including parts)
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to get as much information as possible, in order to send as accurate a quote as we can, and schedule the request after we have enough information. The more details you provide in the outset, along with pictures or videos, the greater the chance for seamless success. We're in it together!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a licensed and insured Locksmith and Security Technician with 10 years in the field.
