The team arrived promptly at the scheduled time. Communication with Pat was a breeze. I got discouraged a few times before my appointment and he assured me that his team could handle the task.
The team did some decluttering, a deep clean after renovations, laundry and organized what they could.
I have to admit that they did a lot of work. There were some things that I was extremely impressed with and some things that were equally disappointing.
Things that would be considered above and beyond, the cleaners took my clothes to the laundromat (sorted, washed, folded). The areas that were cleaned were spotless, polished and looked so good. The team was able to provide some functionality back in my cluttered spaces.
Things that were meh, The organization
Things that were extremely disappointing, the rags that were used smelled like MILDEW. You can visible see that the house was clean, but the smell was HORRIBLE. I had to wipe EVERYTHING down with disinfectant before my husband got home. Prior to leaving for the laundromat they did not clean the windows or inside of appliances and the was a small area in my living room that still was extremely dusty from renovations ( cable box, dvr etc). Once I arrived home I share with Pat, the things that I found concerning. He immediately shared the feedback with cleaners, but I felt he minimized it a little bit because his response "My team said that nothing used to clean was dirty and the kitchen appliances were cleaned, the oven my look dirty but it was scrubbed well." If only he could smell the mildewed smell that penetrated the every surface that was clean. When the cleaners returned with laundry it was still very damp and smelled like cigarettes and laundry detergent. They cleaned 3 windows and stated they used clean towels and it probably was the "pink stuff " that I didn't like. However, I use pink stuff when I clean. The cleaners did asked if it was anything else they could do but by this time I was annoyed because you can clearly see that I have more than 3 windows, they didn't offer to rectify the smell, so I paid and allowed them to leave and my daughter and I cleaned up behind the cleaners.
