He showed up on time and did a quick and professional job with putting my shoe cabinet together. He also painted 2 rooms that were badly in need of repainting. The paint job makes the room look so much better. I would definitely hire him again.

Wayne was supposed to paint my table this afternoon. I'd already bought all the necessary supplies, so I took the afternoon off. Unexpectedly, he delayed our appointment and never showed up or contacted me to reschedule.

We are so sorry you didn't appreciate our services, and you recall the situation as such. but as our text messages show you had to leave for an afternoon appointment and you actually didn't have the paint supplies, then you demanded we get there an 1/2 hour earlier, because you had to leave for an afternoon appointment, which would not have given us enough time to finish the job. Then you just started yelling and hung up instead of letting us figure out a way to work the situation out, because at 1st Choice Services we always work to improve our customer relationships. Sometimes things aren't ready sometimes situation change on a fly the key is communication with the customer and is our goal, I'm sorry you cut that off prematurely, thanks you for considering us.
