- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Depending on the scope of the project, pricing varies. I would humbly say that I am fair and negotiate reasonably for each event.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Before anything, I would like to put a face to the name so that I can understand the client by setting up a virtual video chat. Simple texting does not cut it! From there, it is verbalizing what the next step are to getting plans finalized.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have had the privilege to work with remarkable colleagues of mine. I am self taught and my work speaks for itself.
