Installed whole house ethernet Cabling. They programmed the ubiquiti wireless access point and now it's like that they cannot figure out how to program the controller to my computer. I cannot change the passwords of wifi and can do nothing without them. And no matter how many times you email them or call them no answer. I am now stuck with a 1200 equipment with no service. And it was their suggestion to go with it.Make sure of things you want before proceeding06/01/2021: ok Just had a word with james. . Coming over tomorrow to fix this. This is the kind of service that you would expect. Will edit the review once done. Thank you James.06/02/2021: so James came by early morning to fix the issue. The issue has been fixed and there was follow-up also from their office as well on the same.Please with the service. I wish I did not have to go into the hassle of writing the reviews and then getting some attention. But all is well. Hopefully they'll respond in timely manner. Got some more work so will give them the call first.
