Ken showed up the next day as he promised even 20 min earlier. He did the job in less than an hour and explains why I need to install the PRV to protect my water softener. It was a great experience working with him and I recommend him for any water heater or water pipe job.

would like to aat huge thanks to Ken and highly recommend him as plumber. He has fixed water hammer in our house. He was able very quickly identify the root cause and peofessionaly fixe it. Water hammer is sometimes difficult to fix as there might be multiple root causes. It was coming only when turning on sprinklers system. Ken has identified that main root cause was broken extension tank and broken pressure control valve. He replaced both items and water hammer dissapeared. Now we can use sprinklers during night time, as there is no noise anymore! Thank you and higly recommend!
